Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
