Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping Locations

DOMOV currently ships exclusively within the Czech Republic.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the Czech Republic.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

DOMOV is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
